CAD4ALL Institute of Applied Architecture (IAA) is a unique community where exciting events are happening all the time. Elation is building, as part of our efforts to grow and improve the institute, we are in the process of completing a name alteration and have secured a new premises. The CAD4ALL Bellville campus will be moving to the coveted Tygervalley area.

CAD4ALL IAA is pleased to announce that we have been fervently working behind the scenes during the different levels of lockdown in acquiring a premises that is safe and secure, offering classroom space that accommodates flexible curriculum delivery and support. The building chosen is progressive and will be a significant first step towards realizing the goals outlined in the CAD4ALL education framework and the integrated development opportunities that it includes.

CAD4ALL is always advancing in our continued academic commitment aligned with industry trends and providing a distinctive gateway to our soon multiversity status. CAD4ALL’s transformation is strategically focused as an ambitious blueprint to expand on academic programs and accommodate for growing student enrolments which regulates the scope of our relocation. Our current specialized program offerings features work integrated learning and is delivered by expert faculty with the credentials and the access of learning pathways to our integrated NQF 7 level and post graduate studies.

We will soon be shooting some incredible drone footage to reveal the exact location and astonishing images of our new, modernized and vibrant space. Our campus will be centrally located in a hub of Tygervalley that is surrounded by cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and the popular Tygervalley Mall. The plans for the Tygervalley campus compromises of interlinking buildings and floors made available to the institution granted our student enrolments exceed capacity. The building offers 24-hour security set within a landscaped garden and a major benefit is the spacious carpark for use by staff, employees and students. The new campus offers inspiring views conducive to learning with a design layout to employ more active learner engagement with a less restrictive led facilitation environment.  

The new premises gives us the opportunity to better serve our loyal clients and industry partners. Campus security and safety for our staff and students was always an important feature and a top priority for CAD4ALL.

Located at Tiiger Park II just off Durban Road, we invite all prospective learners to come and join in on the campus tours and open days planned for 21 November 2020.
