Dr. Hattingh is spearheading the CAD4ALL migration from a Private college to a Private Higher Education Institute (PHEI) which confirms that our qualifications will not fall under the ambit of CETA any longer.

The broad expertise she brings is with more than 17 years of practical experience combined with years of strong academic background in Architecture & Human Capacity Development and has stood her well to guide and assist numerous public and private institutions. The migration of CAD4ALL Career and Design College to a Private Higher Education Institute (PHEI) would permit our institution to offer qualifications in the Higher Education Qualification Sub Framework (HEQSF) capacity. With the integration of the Higher Education Qualification Sub Framework (HEQSF), CAD4ALL Career and Design College will be apt to offer qualifications from Certificates to Advanced Diplomas and undergraduate/post graduate Degrees enabling the transition to a university status an inevitable reality. CAD4ALL Career and Design College research and development (R&D) team, paralleled with the guidance of Dr. Hattingh is currently developing these qualifications, thus the collective effort proposition from the R&D team projects these qualifications will be rolled out in the 2022 academic year. As such, our current learners will have access to these higher qualifications for registration this year with our academic staff implementing guided career pathways.
Prospective student’s academics will be evaluated presently and eligibility for higher qualification enrolment will be confirmed. The additional qualifications product CAD4ALL Career and Design College will unveil and offer both full time and part-time in 2022.
The Private Higher Education Institute (PHEI) status will also award CAD4ALL Career and Design College, as a private institution, the opportunity to validate our qualification offerings with the Architectural regulatory body SACAP (The South African Council for the Architectural Profession). The SACAP Validation will occur concurrently with the Council for Higher Education (CHE) accreditation and Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) registration.
