Sales Lead Coordinator
School Engagement and Institutional Marketing
The Sales Lead Coordinator is tasked with strengthening CAD4ALL’s presence in schools through regular CCEA school visits, maintaining partnerships with MOU schools, and signing up new schools in the Tygervalley Hotzone. The role involves marketing CAD4ALL’s academic programmes, building strategic partnerships, and balancing fieldwork with administrative responsibilities during non-peak periods. This position is vital to expanding the institution’s reach within the educational sector.
Key Responsibilities
- School Visits: Collaborate with Gary and Sherwin on CCEA school visits in a rotational schedule, ensuring consistent engagement with partner school.
- MOU Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with MOU schools, ensuring agreements are honoured and strengthened.
- Hotzone Recruitment: Actively promote CAD4ALL within schools in the Tygervalley Hotzone, signing up new schools to expand CAD4ALL’s footprint.
- Marketing and Outreach: Represent and market CAD4ALL at schools, focusing on showcasing our programmes and aligning with the goals outlined in signed MOUs.
- Internal Coordination: During non-peak periods (e.g., June), ensure smooth in-office operations, managing records, outreach plans, and reporting on school engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with schools and stakeholders.
- Organised and proactive in planning visits, events, and maintaining records.
- Experience in sales, education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while independently driving school outreach initiatives.
- Enthusiasm for promoting education and creating meaningful partnerships.
