CAD4ALL has notable experience in developing partnerships, providing customised training and pioneering projects that meets the needs of clients and partners in the private and public sectors.
A delegate of CAD4ALL staff, 2 lecturers and 3 CAD techs visited the Drakenstein Correctional Centre, formerly known as Victor Verster prison in Paarl last week, to complete 2 days of AutoCAD 2D Introduction training.
In attendance were 14 delegates from the maintenance and facilities management within the correctional services across all the districts in the Western cape as far afield as George and the Southern Cape.

The purpose of the micro-credential AutoCAD 2D course was to upskill the 14 facility managers in the now high demand competency areas of CAD (COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN) which was designed by our subject matter experts to offer learning pathways access for professionals.
As our team members are field professionals in addition to their role as educators they delivered the computer aided draughting program, AutoCAD 2D as a learning solution to migrate technical drawings from a drawing board to a computer using CAD software.
CAD4ALL responds to the demands of industry and thus wishes to observe the demise of the drawing board in the maintenance and facilities of the correctional services and thus CAD4ALL is in support of the shift and the speed of change it requires to catch up technologically on a broader level.
